By submitting a free offer to AllFreeOffers, you (“the Provider”) agree to the following terms:
1. Genuine Free Offer Requirement
1.1 The offer submitted must be completely free to the end-user.
1.2 “Free” means the user is not required to pay, provide credit card details, or purchase any product or service to access the offer.
2. No Hidden Costs or Conditions
2.1 The Provider may not impose any hidden charges, fees, or obligations on users.
2.2 Optional paid services, upsells, or promotions may only be offered after the free offer has been fully delivered and must be clearly disclosed as optional.
2.3 Any prerequisites or eligibility requirements (e.g., first-time visitor, location restrictions, age limit) must be stated explicitly and upfront in the listing.
3. No Mandatory Follow-Ups
3.1 The Provider may not require users to attend paid sessions, consultations, or additional services as a condition of receiving the free offer.
3.2 Marketing materials, newsletters, or promotional communications may only be sent if the user opts in voluntarily.
4. Accuracy and Transparency
4.1 The Provider certifies that the listing information is true, accurate, and complete.
4.2 Any changes to the offer, including availability or terms, must be updated immediately in the AllFreeOffers system.
5. Verification and Enforcement
5.1 AllFreeOffers reserves the right to verify any listed offer at any time.
5.2 Non-compliant offers may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
5.3 Repeated violations may result in the Provider being barred from future listings.
6. Provider Acknowledgment
By submitting this offer, the Provider acknowledges and agrees:
- That the listed offer is genuinely free, with no strings attached.
- To comply fully with this Free Offer Guarantee Agreement.
- That any breach of this agreement may result in removal of the offer, public notice of non-compliance, and restriction from future listings.
